Everyone is invited to attend our annual FAMILY POOL PARTY on Wednesday, August 4th from 6:00-8:00 pm at LAMBERT POOL in Martinsburg. This party is FREE ADMISSION. There will be pizza and drinks available for a small donation.

All ages, kids, teens, adults, grandparents are encouraged to attend and bring a friend.

Registration information:

     Early registration up to July 26 is $40.
     After July 26 is $50.
     Deadline for registration is August 23.
     Soccer shorts are optional at a cost of $14.

Evaluations and Sign ups:

     Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation.
     They will take place on the Covenant soccer fields for 
       boys and girls all ages as follows.

     Monday,    August  9, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
     Thursday,  August 12, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
     Saturday,   August 14, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

League Schedule

     Practices begin the week of Monday, August 23, 2010
     First Game - Saturday, September 18, 2010
     Awards Celebration - Saturday, October 30, 2010

Forms may be picked up on campus and returned to the 4th floor reception desk,  Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Angel Food Ministries helps relieve hunger throughout the United States. For $30 you receive a box of food containing both fresh and frozen items, valued at $65. Who is eligible to participate? If you eat, you qualify! This is a great way to feed your family and to also reach out to neighbors, co-workers and family. 

There is NO minimum requirement to order a particular item in order to receive/order any specials. You can now order any of the items with no minimum requirement purchase necessary.

Phone orders are not accepted!

This is open to everyone and Food Stamps are accepted, but you must be here in person to pay. To place your order, click on the link below, print the 2-page order form. You can complete and mail to Covenant (address on form) with your payment, or you can stop by the church.

On line ordering for Angel Food is now available. If you wish to pay for your order using your Debit card or a major credit card, go to the Angel Food web site which will take you straight to their online ordering and includes the menu if you click on it. By ordering at this address below, you will be able to order online through midnight Sunday of the date listed.
*Note-there is a $1.00 transaction fee.

Deadline to have your form and money to us is listed on the form and changes each month. Check the order form each month for the date orders are ready for pickup as it will change each month. *Note-any orders not picked up by 11:00 AM will become a donation to Angel Food and no refunds or checks will be issued.
