SICK/WELL CHILD POLICY

Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have any of the following symptoms and /or illness. Sick children will not be allowed in nurseries or classes. If a child starts showing symptoms after they have checked in, we will find the parent to come and take the child home. Please help us during this time of the year especially when colds and flu and other viruses are in the air.

· Fever greater than 99.0  · Runny nose that has color · Questionable rashes  · Coughing  · Vomiting  · Diarrhea (Exception: if cause is from antibiotics)  · Impetigo  · Active Chicken Pox  · Measles  · Mumps  · Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)  · Head Lice (That has not been treated for at least 24 hours.)

If a child has been treated with antibiotics, he or she should be on the drug for at least 24 hours before coming to church.
