VIETNAM teams engage throughout northern Vietnam, from bustling cities to remote mountain villages.

In cooperation with national and local leaders, community members, and our NGO partners at Glocal Ventures Inc. (GVI) we promote self-sufficiency through agricultural partnerships for farm equipment such as walk-behind tractors. We engage with schools and a medical clinic to improve community health, hygiene, and first aid training. Our hygiene focus has also included a water security project, improved latrine facilities, and flooring projects.

Programs for teen girls and boys promote dignity, gender equality, and protection from human traffickers. This is integrated with the Sweet Blossom hygiene product which also offers opportunities for you to serve here at home during our sewing days. Local leaders recently received Critical Incident Stress Management training in response to the catastrophic impacts of Typhoon Yagi in September. Through annual education conferences, teachers are equipped with creative methods for student engagement via general and special education training.

All of this combines into a holistic approach to creating lift in Vietnamese communities.
